Before joining Slade Legal in 2015, Ramela worked for a team within the immigration, family and litigation department at a London law firm. This role provided her with valuable experience and now assists her in her current role working alongside the senior partner in the Commercial and Litigation department.

Ramela works as an Assistant Solicitor in the Commercial and Litigation department assisting on property transactions relating to the disposals and acquisitions of real estate and disputes.

Route to Slade Legal

Ramela completed her Legal Practice Course at the Oxford Institution of Legal Practice in 2012 before completing her training contract at a London law firm. Ramela subsequently qualified as a solicitor in 2014 and joined the Commercial and Litigation department at Slade Legal in April 2015.

Reasons for becoming a lawyer

Ramela has always had a passion to help people. She has been advising people since 2005 and has worked at the Oxford Citizens Advice Bureau for over five years.
