Tracey Waite is a HR Consultant, bringing a wealth of expertise in human resource management to her clients. She provides strategic HR support, helping to develop and implement effective policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with employment law.
Tracey works closely with our Employment Law team, our management team and our staff, offering tailored advice to improve workplace practices, resolve any HR issues, and enhance overall organisational effectiveness. Her proactive and solutions-focused approach makes her an invaluable resource for both the firm and its employees.

Tracey has practised HR for over 20 years for Slade Legal and has many loyal clients from the Thames Valley business community.
Tracey has a Law & Communications degree, is an Associate of CIPD and is currently studying CPQ with ILEX to become a CILEX Professional Lawyer.
