Tracey Waite

Tracey is a Trainee CILEX Lawyer specialising in Employment Law and is in the final stage of the CILEX CPQ. She combines legal training with a strong background in HR management and consultancy, bringing a practical, commercially focused approach to workplace issues.

Work and Clients

As part of the Litigation team, she supports individuals and businesses with clear, pragmatic employment law advice. Tracey has a particular interest in helping micro and small businesses build strong employment foundations when taking on their first employees, ensuring they put the right contracts, policies, and processes in place from the outset.

Route to Slade Legal

Her experience includes drafting employment contracts, advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures, and preparing workplace policies and staff handbooks. She also assists on a range of employment disputes, including unfair dismissal, redundancy, discrimination, whistleblowing, and data breaches, helping clients navigate complex issues with clarity and confidence.”
