Arj Arul

Consultant Solicitor

Arj is a specialist employment lawyer and his practice covers all employment law areas including unfair dismissal, redundancy, discrimination, business reorganisations and contract matters. Arj regularly advises senior executives in relation to exit packages. He has considerable experience of representing in the employment tribunal, the county court and the high court and a diverse background dealing with general contract, business and property disputes. Arj lectures in contract and employment law to both undergraduate and postgraduate students and is a volunteer with the Citizens Advice Bureau.

Arj was born in Sri Lanka and was educated in London and Melbourne before graduating at the University of Sussex. Arj joined the legal profession in 1999 although he was exposed to the law many years prior through his fathers practice.

Arj has a master’s degree in medical law and is also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
