Joanne Stringer

Joanne is a dedicated member of the Family Law team at Slade Legal, where she supports clients through some of their most challenging and sensitive legal matters.

Work and Clients

She specialises in areas such as divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and domestic abuse cases. Joanne works closely with individuals and families, offering compassionate and practical advice while striving for the best possible outcomes.

Joanne is a member of Resolution and tailors her advice to meet the needs of a wide range of clients. She has also worked alongside the police, domestic abuse charities and support organisations to provide legal clinics within local communities.

Route to Slade Legal

Joanne qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2007 and went on to qualify as a Solicitor having completed an LLM in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law in London. She has a wealth of experience and advises in relation to all aspects of family law.

Joanne relocated to Oxfordshire in 2021 having gained extensive experience in family law at legal 500 firms in Sussex and Bedfordshire. She joined Slade Legal in December 2023 and is based at our office in Didcot.

Joanne has experience in legal compliance, having worked for a legal regulator, overseeing standards of practising lawyers and those seeking to qualify into the profession.
