Luke is a solicitor based in our Abingdon office, working within the Private Client department.

Work and Clients

Luke advises clients on a wide range of private client matters, including the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, probate and estate administration, trusts, and Inheritance Tax planning.

He supports clients through sensitive and often complex situations, ensuring their personal affairs are handled with care, professionalism and expertise. Luke brings a calm, empathetic and transparent approach to every matter, providing tailored advice that reflects each client's individual needs and circumstances.

Route to Slade Legal

Luke graduated with a degree in Classics from Oxford University before qualifying as a solicitor via the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) route.

Luke has a particular interest in personal taxation and specialises in advising clients on Inheritance Tax planning and Capital Gains Tax mitigation. He is committed to helping clients protect and preserve their wealth through practical, effective and forward-thinking legal advice.
