Michael Swan

Michael specialises in assisting clients with Wills that satisfy their needs, as well as advising on the rules concerning Inheritance Tax.  Michael is also able to assist with appointing a third party to manage an individual’s finances, property and healthcare via Lasting Powers of Attorney or Court of Protection Deputyships. 

Michael prides himself on explaining the law in jargon-free terms to ensure clients are aware of their options, together with the implications.

Route to Slade Legal

Michael holds a Medical Science degree from Imperial College School of Medicine. As part of his degree, he spent several years working on hospital wards and attended Imperial College’s Business School. Upon graduation, he entered the pharmaceutical industry specialising in drug safety.

Michael earned his Law degree from the University of Law and qualified as a solicitor in 2014. Two years later, he was called to the Grenadian Bar. In 2016, he further advanced his career by completing the Notarial Practice Course at University College London, becoming a qualified Notary Public.

Michael is a full member of STEP providing reassurance to his clients that he adheres to a high professional standard and delivers up-to-date, accurate advice.
