Stuart is a specialist family lawyer who heads up our contentious teams. He leads our team of expert lawyers in all manner of commercial and civil disputes, employment law, and family law.

Work and Clients
Stuart deals with all aspects of family law. He regularly advises clients on all aspects of relationship breakdown including divorce, separation, finances and private children law. As well as expertise in negotiating and drafting consent orders and separation agreements, he has a particular interest in acting for clients at the early stages of a relationship. Stuart has a great deal of experience advising clients on prenuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements, particularly for matters with an international element.
Stuart is an active member of Resolution, a national organisation of family lawyers committed to non-confrontational divorce, separation and other family issues.
